$10.00 processing fee will be applied to all
other cancellation.
Clients that cancel after the cut-off time
will be charged the full amount.
Please note: Incase you are unable to make contact with
the chauffeur at the pickup point and you
chose to leave by another means without
notifying the office first, it will be
considered a NO SHOW. Therefore the account
will be charged the full of amount of the
fare.
Standard Rate

East Coast limousine Chauffeurs (East Coast limousine)
offers Point-to-point rates that
provide flat rate pricing for travel
to and from cities and airports. |

Rates for travel between
locations in which a point-to-point
rate does not exist will be billed
at the prevailing East Coast limousine hourly rate.

Billing

A 18% gratuity/service fee is
calculated on the base fare; stop
time, wait time, and any holiday
surcharges will be added and
itemized on the customer's billing
statement. |

reservations, wait time will be
charged at $15.00 per fifteen (15)
minute increment once the grace
period has elapsed. Grace period is
defined as ten (10) minutes beyond
the scheduled pick up time. |

For all hourly reservations,
fractions of an hour are rounded to
next half-hour. |

Grace period @ airports:
international flights 1 hour,
domestic flights 30 minutes. |

East Coast limousine does not monitor private
flights, therefore, wait time will
be charged as incurred for any
passenger arriving on a private
plane that is delayed by more than
10 minutes. |

schedules, therefore, wait time will
be charged as incurred for any
passenger arriving by train that is
delayed by more than 10 minutes. |

Passenger requested stops on
route during a point-to-point
reservation will be charged at
$20.00 on top of the trip fare. |

Holidays
A 15% holiday surcharge, based on the
fare, stop and waiting time, will be charged
to all trips occurring on:

Specialty Vehicles

Roundtrips include up to four
hours of wait time and must be
completed within the same calendar

Wait time over three hours will
be charged at the prevailing East Coast limousine hourly rate. |
Other Policies

East Coast limousine shall not be liable for circumstances
beyond its control including but not limited
to weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
East Coast limousine assumes no responsibility for lost or
damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any
items left in the vehicle but we will make every effort to return items found in the
vehicle.
Client agrees that there
will be no smoking in our vehicles. Client assures that no illegal
drugs are brought into our vehicles. Client is not allowed alcoholic
beverages in our luxury sedans. Client agrees that the passengers
capacity of vehicle provided shall not be exceeded. In case of
misconduct by client's party, chauffeur has the right to terminate this
agreement without refunds. Client holds limousine service harmless
and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the
conduct of his/her party. Client is responsible for the full payment
of any overtime charges, beyond the original agreement. In the event
that the requested
vehicle can not be provided. East Coast Limousine may provide
a vehicle of equal. |
